What this website collects, why it collects it, and how to have it removed.
The consultation form
When you complete the consultation form, the firm receives the name, telephone number, email address, area of law and message you enter. That information is stored so the firm can reply to you, and it is emailed to the firm. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone outside the firm except the email provider that carries the message.
Sending the form does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Please do not send confidential details of a matter until the firm has confirmed it can act for you. See the disclaimer.
Spam protection
The form records the network address a submission arrives from, and uses it only to refuse repeated automated submissions. Nothing else is derived from it.
Analytics
This site records anonymous page-view counts so the firm can see which pages are read. No advertising trackers are used, and no profile of you is built.
Cookies
The public pages of this site set no cookies of their own. The firm's own administrators sign in to a separate area, which sets a session cookie for them alone.
